This fee includes furnishing and equipment for 1 sleeping area/bedroom, 1 office area, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen & 1 dining area. Furnishings and equipment will be able to accommodate up to 2 guests.

This fee includes the same as the bachelor / 1 bedroom suites option but also includes furnishings for an additional bedroom and accounts for larger furniture in the living and dining areas to accommodate 4 guests.

This fee includes the same as the 2 bedroom suites option but also includes furnishings for   3 + bedrooms and accounts for larger furniture in the living and dining areas to accommodate  6 + guests.

Fees noted above are all inclusive and already account for relative design, administrative, delivery / set up and photography fees. 

Payments will be completed in three installments at the beginning of each of the 3 phases.

Project timelines can vary for numerous reasons, however we aim to have projects completed within a conservative 4 week timeframe.
